I worked with Maguires to illustrate and animate talking heads for social care charity Quarriers, to help recruit for new support workers.

 

Animation provided a creative solution when it wasn’t possible to shoot traditional talking head videos during lockdown.

 

Existing audio recordings were re-purposed, providing inspiration for the character designs which were based on the real volunteers you can hear in the videos. The medium allowed for playful background additions to add interest to the scenes.
